野吕佳代（1983年10月28日－）是日本女艺人，出生于东京都，所属经纪公司为太田制作。旧艺名为朝仓佳代（あさくらかよ）。曾是女子偶像团体AKB48 Team K成员、以及SDN48队长，为AKB48的创团成员之一。
